America has many disagreements, some of which are large, some of which are petty. They all lead us down the same road, of argumentative, and in some cases even wars amounst ourselves.
Within the few things that all, or at least the vast majority of our beloved country can agree on is that we all want within ourselves the opportunity to be successful.
Within that desire to achieve success should, and normally does come a desire not to be penalized for one's success. This is what brings me to the real motion I believe all Americans with a fully functional brain will agree with ELIMINATING THE CAPITAL GAINS TAX.
Now it would be nearly impossible, and in some c`ases to drastic to eliminate the cap gains tax entirely so I have a plan which Americans of all walks of life can agree with.
We eliminate the capital gains tax for all those individuals who earn less than $200,000 Gross Annual Income. These range from everyday average Americans, to the poor, to the middle class, to the upper class, who I like to refer to as "The Job Makers". Essentially this helps America.
If you are an immigrant to this country like we all are at one point or another, and you work, and work, and strive to achieve that dream of buying that house, or driving that fancy car, or just having a wife who loves you, and a family you can count on, and after all that you manage somehow someway with your $80,000 annual salary (some ignorant politicians now refer to this level of income as RICH.) If you manage with all you have on your plate to shack away 15K to buy a stock, or a mutual fund, and your eyes light up with glee, and excitement because you actually got LUCVKY and made 30% ($4,500) on your RISK INVESTMENT, the last thing you want, need or deserve is to turn around and give half of that profit right back to the government.
It's ridiculous, it destimulates the economy, and in some cases i believe it to be almost cruel.
That is why we as Americans, and as Conservatives need to push for fairness, we need to push for the American dream, and the rights to life, and success that we deserve. That is something we can all agree with, and if your one of the great Americans who do believe you can go here, and sign my petition to eliminate the Cap Gains Tax on all Americans who earn less than $200,000 a year.
